3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide proof (images/video) if the product is damaged or incorrect
- Our team will verify and approve the request
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared
4. Return Approval
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
5. Pickup / Self-Shipping
- In some cases, we may arrange a pickup
- If pickup is not available, the customer may need to self-ship the product
6. Refund / Replacement
