  3. The product is unused and in original packaging
  4. All tags, labels, and accessories are intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  1. Product has been used or damaged by the customer
  2. Missing original packaging or accessories
  3. Return request made after the allowed time period
  4. Items marked as non-returnable (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with order details
  2. Provide proof (images/video) if the product is damaged or incorrect
  3. Our team will verify and approve the request
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

4. Return Approval

  1. All returns are subject to inspection and approval
  2. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions

5. Pickup / Self-Shipping

  1. In some cases, we may arrange a pickup
  2. If pickup is not available, the customer may need to self-ship the product

6. Refund / Replacement

  1. After successful return and inspection:

  3. Replacement will be provided (based on availability)
  4. Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

7. Shipping Charges

  1. Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product)
