1. Order Cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped
  2. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible
  3. To cancel an order, contact our support team immediately

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  2. Return request is raised within [3–7 days] of delivery
  3. Product is unused and in original packaging

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  1. Returned product is approved after inspection
  2. Order is cancelled before shipment
  3. Payment failure but amount deducted

Refund Method:

  1. Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  2. Processing time: 5–10 business days

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  2. Return request made after allowed time
